Marbella - The daily traffic jam in San Pedro will come to an end. The government has decided to build a 1 kilometre long tunnel. Although previous plans announced a 525m long tunnel.
To avoid huge problems during the building process, the traffic will be bypassed round el Ingenio and the Carretera de Ronda.
Further 13 connections, 4 roundabounds and 6 service roads will be established between Guadalmina and Puerto Banus. At least 42.000 cars use this connection daily.
