Spain becomes more popular then ever!
Marbella, June 4 2002
Although the number of planes arriving at Malaga airport may not have changed much, the airport’s latest activity report shows that the main airlines are using bigger aircraft and filling more seats. This tendency has not just been noted in the summer but throughout this year. Demand is so great at present that charter flight operators are now boasting occupancy figures of over 90 per cent and many of the scheduled routes are now covered by planes with a greater seat capacity. In the first six months of this year the number of passengers using Malaga airport increased by 5.08 per cent.
